An RRP error indicates an error communicating to the .com/.net registry and is most frequently caused by a mismatch between their database and ours. For instance if our web interface indicated your name servers were ns1.pdregister.com, ns2.pdregister.com and ns1.pdregistry.com, ns2.pdregistry.com but in the registry no name servers were set you'd get an RRP error. In this situation you can click on the reset button and it will fetch the name servers from the registry and sync them with our database.
If clicking the reset button doesn't fix it, or you're using child name servers that aren't synced properly submit a ticket and we can sync the database manually.
